Chef Jonathan Wilson is the President and Founder of the Land & Sea Chef Placement Agency. He is a skilled culinary professional with a deep passion for creating exceptional cuisine. Having worked in eight Four Diamond or higher hotels in the past twelve years, Chef Jonathan has developed an innovative approach to first-class dining experiences. Throughout his career, his experience has grown with a variety of cuisines ranging from, French, Low Country, High Country, Italian, American, Thai, Indian and Spanish Cuisine. In addition to cooking for some of the finest establishments in the nation, he has also had the opportunity to cook privately in the Hamptons, New York, South Florida, Jackson Hole Wyoming, Costa Rica, Utah, Colorado, and Georgia. 


Chef Jonathan’s 15 years of diverse experience and deep culinary knowledge and networks within the industry have uniquely positioned him to help other chefs realize their culinary aspirations. By bringing together his personal network and industry connections, he matches chefs with family establishments looking for top culinary talent. Chef Jonathan knows first-hand the art of chef placement with the right entity and reflects these high standards to the chefs that he places.
